Murphy, returns for his Senior season as the starting Short Stop and leadoff hitter from 2008. Murphy is the leader of the infield and a player everyone looks to. Always a tough out, he does an outstanding job of getting on base. He will be counted on as a valuable member of the pitching staff, where he threw a lot a quality innings of relief last season.
